Catalog Description

CP SC 740: Computer Science for High School Teachers I (3 credits).
Modern problem-solving and programming methods for high school teachers; algorithm development, software life cycle concepts, system hardware and software components, and an introduction to programming in Java. Restricted to graduate students and in-service teachers in secondary education.

Prerequisite: Introductory computer programming.
