23 Aug 2018To start we will be considering some concepts, approaches, basic math, and history related to rendering and shading.
During our discussion of mathematics, we will touch on some of the important things to remember and practice. We will also introduce some OpenGL and graphics-API related ideas, but most of our work will be in shader programs. Related to OpenGL, though, Anton Gerderlan has some great OpenGL resources on his page along with a great eBook and example source code that is excellent for practice.
Anton also has made a nice little “cheat sheet” on some of the basic related math.
