Implementation and Testing

Description:

The architecture and design are guides to the development of executable code. This code must be thoroughly tested.

Steps:

1. Go to http://www.eclipse.org/articles/Article-TPTP-Profiling-Tool/tptpProfilingArticle.html

2. Download the sample code and data listed on this page.

3. Follow the article step by step, doing each described action.

4. Write a brief description of the design pattern that was used to improve performance.

5. Submit the description and screenshots of the different outputs from the profiler.

This is a 2 person team assignment. Email is due Tuesday, October 10, 2006 no later than 1:30 pm.

Grading will be based on

1. Completeness

2. Correctness

3. Consistency

4. Any value added beyond the basic assignment
