The XVCL Eclipse Plugin

The second file "edu.xvcl.workbench_1.0.0M2.zip", with the Last Modified date of February 6th is the most current version of the plugin. To install, unzip the file in the .plugins directory and restart the workbench. From there you can create an XVCL project and eclipse should automatically run the xvcl engine on the top-level, Spec file.
