I've set up your CodeLab. Your section_access code (for the students to register with) is: CLEMSO-1541-2259 Faculty documentation is limited at this point but what there is can be found at: http://www.turingscraft.com/facultyDoc.html and http://alan10.turingscraft.com/codelab/facdoc/ Your access info as follows: Your username is the above email address. If you've forgotten your password or if you are a new user you can find your password by going to the login link (described below) and clicking on "forgot my password"-- that way you can have it emailed to you. If you are a new user, after you log in for the first time, you should click PREFERENCES to change your password. PREFERENCES also will let you set a nickname to use for your username instead of your email address, and will let you set screen size dimensions for your CodeLab. REGISTRATION FOR STUDENTS: go to www.turingscraft.com click "register" in the upper right corner choose "I am a student in a course ..." and click CONTINUE enter the Section Access Code: CLEMSO-1541-2259 and click CONTINUE continue filling out the forms being careful to enter a VALID email address and first and last names (these will appear in the professor's roster) Once students register, they will appear on your roster and can log in, access the whole CodeLab and submit solutions to up to 10 exercises. (To go beyond 10 they need to get full access as described below.) These "freebies" make it possible for you to assign CodeLab exercises on Day 1, even though it is still the "add/drop" period. LOGIN FOR EVERYONE: go to www.turingscraft.com click "login" in the upper right corner the username is the email address given during registration the password is the password selected during registration GETTING FULL ACCESS: log in to CodeLab click LOBBY click the button "Get Full Access" follow the directions Feel free to "play student" and use the above section access code and registration instructions to see what it's like to register as a student (use a secondary or even fake email address)-- and see the student interface (which you will see is just a subset of the faculty one). Let me know if you have any questions, criticisms, suggestions, requests.
