Choose a scene from one of the films that we have screened. Carefully study each shot in the scene, making sure to note as much as you can about composition, movement, perspective (lens), lighting, and montage (editing).

Complete a reverse-storyboard of the scene. By each frame, make notes about suppositions about lens, lighting, etc.

Also estimate an overhead lighting diagram.

Objectives-exceeded ideas could include cutting an animatic from your boards, matching the original scene in the video edit (frame from film on left, board on right).
